A new exceptional UREBA programme has been launched since 1 January 2019 as part of the Walloon Investment Plan. This programme involves the energy renovation of school buildings built at least 20 years ago in compulsory education (nursery, primary and secondary).

The works targeted under this programme are those relating to

– Improvement of the building envelope

– Installation or improvement of the ventilation system

The application must be submitted no later than 30 June 2019.

The amount of the grant is 75% of the eligible costs. The eligible costs must be at least equal to € 10,000 including VAT. The amount of the grants is maximum € 500,000 VAT per applicant.
